Alicia Thomasson is a certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body and has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years. She has an extensive background in movement and dance, ranking highest overall in National Competitions and training with DelArts, Delaware Dance Company, and The Rock School of the Pennsylvania Ballet. She graduated from Shenandoah University magna cum laude with a BFA in Theatre for Youth, and loves making movement fun and interactive for children.

Alicia received her Pilates certification and launched her own studio in 2011. As her focus shifted toward working with mothers, she added a Pre/Postnatal Pilates certification through The Center for Women’s Fitness in 2014, and went on to receive her certification in Diastasis Recti Recovery in 2018. Her passion is being a mom and helping women connect with their bodies to strengthen and realign before and after baby. She is a proud mama of two sweet boys!
